The staff at reception were helpful and recommended great restaurants. They even sorted out a half day trip with port tasting, excellent. The hotel is just a short walk away from the river and the city's bus service is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Porto!

We loved the central location of this hotel. It was conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy for us to explore the central area of the city. The historical areas were also within walking distance, great to immerse ourselves in the rich culture of this city. the hotel offered clean and well-decorated rooms with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was a good surprise, with a variety of delicious pastries to choose from. The staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations for good restaurants and arranging a fantastic half-day trip with port tasting.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the metro station with direct access to the airport. The rooms are adequate and the bathrooms are decent, although they could use a bit of cleaning and refurbishment. The staff is generally helpful, and the breakfast offers a good selection. it's a decent option for a budget stay in the city.

The hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk from Rua Catarina - a bustling shopping hub. It is also close to paid parking facilities and within a 15-20 minute walk of the Ribeira and many other attractions. The Bolhao metro station is conveniently nearby, making it easy to travel around the city, including to the airport and Campanha railway station.

Located just a couple of minutes' walk from the nearest Metro station, it is in a quiet area of the city, yet within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel itself is right in the center and provides basic amenities, including rooms with the main necessities and a mini fridge included. The rooms also have a little character, thanks to the antique furniture which adds to the atmosphere. Although there are no balconies, the rooms are clean and offer a nice view towards town. Breakfast is included, although with limited options, it is still a nice way to start the day.

Great hotel in a great location! Perfect for celebrating the New Year. The super nice team and efficient, going out of their way to ensure we had a good experience. We were kinda surprised by the fact that they opened breakfast early just for us to catch our flight. And the location couldn't be better - we could walk everywhere and even the tube station was just a short walk away.

The hotel had a few shortcomings. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, and the beds were creaky.
